Come and join our (5-person) team responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of new staff in an international environment.
You will have the opportunity to work on innovative HR projects in the field of recruitment (HR marketing, recruitment software, mentoring, etc.).

**Your tasks**
In the framework of the GRI’s
- Defining recruitment needs and publishing job offers, proactively making proposals about the choice of format, media and content
- Being involved in the advertising strategy and budget monitoring for the vacancies posted on the various job boards
- Participating in the monitoring and development of partnerships with target schools and universities
- Taking part in and organising recruitment forums
- Conducting remote screening and interviews in collaboration with the rest of the team
- Managing the apprentice recruitment campaign (interviews and administrative aspects of apprenticeship contracts).
In the framework of the GRI’s
**HR project development **activities:
- Participating in the project group working on the implementation of a new recruitment and onboarding software solution
- Implementing projects aimed at improving the ILL’s employer brand (HR marketing) while ensuring that the existing tools are updated (employer pages, intranet, etc.)
- Contributing to the support provided to new staff, in particular by overseeing the mentoring scheme and coordinating the organisation of the Welcome Day.
The Recruitment and Integration group (GRI) is part of the ILL’s Human Resources Service, which covers all the Institute's HR activities. In this framework, you will also work in collaboration with the Payroll and Training groups and the team working directly for the Head of HR, giving you a comprehensive view of the Human Resources function.
**Your profile**
- You have an **M1 Master’s degree in Human Resources **(or equivalent) and are studying for your** M2 Master’s degree in this field **(or equivalent).
**OR**
- You have a** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources **(or equivalent) and are studying for your** 2-year Master’s degree in this field **(or equivalent).
- You already have some initial professional experience (internship or work-study/apprenticeship) of working on HR topics, ideally related to recruitment and integration, and you would like to expand on this experience in an international environment.
- You have proven interpersonal, analytical and organisational skills.
- Curious and open-minded, you are able to fit easily into a team setting.
- In view of the international character of our research centre, a good knowledge of English (reading, written and spoken) is required.
