Notre objectif est d'aider les entreprises à développer leur présence en ligne, à promouvoir leurs produits ou services, et à atteindre leurs objectifs commerciaux.
Nous offrons une gamme de services tels que la stratégie marketing, la création de contenu, la gestion des médias sociaux, le référencement, la publicité en ligne, et bien plus encore.

Missions:
Dans le cadre de votre poste, l'agence vous confiera les missions suivante
- Suivi et montée en compétence de l’équipe
- Être garant de la mise en place du discours commercial de notre client sur le terrain et du plan merchandising à mettre en place en magasin
- Suivre les performances de l’équipe et l’atteinte des objectifs
- Accompagnement terrain régulier et évaluation de l’équipe
- Suivi des KPI 's au jour le jour
- Reporting complet après chaque visite terrain
- Formation des nouveaux ambassadeurs

Profil / Conditions:
**Profil recherché**:

- Au moins 2 ans d’expérience en ventes de produits High Tech
- Bonne vision du coaching - Expérience de management souhaitée
- Excellente connaissance Processeur/PC
- A l’aise avec Excel et PowerPoint

**Salaire (en brut) et avantages**:
Contrat CDI

2800€ (fixe) + 500 € (variable sur objectif)

Voiture de service + Carte essence / Remboursement frais de repas selon le bareme URSSAF / Téléphone & Ordinateur / Mutuelle
