**What you'll do**:
We are looking for a People Operations Coordinator - EMEA (French speaking required) to join our growing People Operations team. As a key part of our broader People team, this individual will work across HR to provide a consistent and great experience to our employees. In this role, you will have a direct impact on our employees’ experience at DocuSign.

This position is an individual contributor reporting to the Manager, People Operations EMEA and is designated Hybrid.

**Responsibility**
- Provide quality operational support to business units in EMEA in order to deliver a valued HR management service
- Administer key HR processes such as onboarding and new hire orientation, background checks, employment contracts, work authorization documentation, employee changes, terminations and promotions
- Assist with employee pre-hire processes, including but not limited to background checks, new hire paperwork, employment contracts and background checks
- Manage employee leave of absence requests across EMEA
- Partner with local compliance in France to complete regular audit requirements
- Provide HR operational support specific to France, e.g. contract amendments, URSSAF declarations, work permit requirements
- Create and maintain electronic employee files and process documentation
- Respond to general HR inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, employee data, employment verifications and systems
- Seek opportunities to create, improve, and impact HR Ops processes, collaborating with Global People Operations for alignment
- Prepare and issue employee change documentation in a timely manner
- Collaborate with Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, HRBPs, IT and other stakeholders
- Assist with the development and maintenance of HRIS, and in the simplification and improvement of its workflows processes
- Audit employee changes in HRIS system including hiring, termination, promotions, data changes
- Administer all statutory and regulatory HR requirements for France, and other countries where required
- Perform other ad hoc responsibilities as needed

**Job Designation**:
**Hybrid**:
Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

**What you bring**:
**Basic**
- Fluency in French language plus good knowledge of labour regulations and Syntec CBA in France
- BA/BS Degree
- 2+ years HR or Recruiting related work experience in a high growth organization

**Preferred**
- Experience with Workday or another HRIS system
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems
- Strong familiarity with Google Suite (G Sheets, Google Docs, etc.)
- Experience working with leave of absences in the EMEA region
- Ability to think outside of the box and work in a fast paced environment
- Strong analytical and project management skills with a keen eye for detail
- Self-directed problem solver with the ability to contribute to the organization’s success
- Proven ability and track record of working in a lively, high growth organization, spanning multiple timezones
- Enjoys problem-solving, thinking creatively and able to prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Personal credibility and a proven track record of maintaining discretion and confidentiality
- Top tier social skills, able to establish effective connections with key stakeholders across many locations
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
