As a future ESG Dev, Corporate Communication and CR Office Lead, you will report to Global Head of Communications and CR and Head of ESG Dev, and you will be part of AXA IM Communication.

Given the range of activities and multiple locations of the team, seamless coordination of team member relationships and work with business and other stakeholders are key. The Office Lead/Team Assistant acts as a facilitator between the Global Head of AXA IM ESG Dev, Communication and CR, the Team, and their stakeholders to optimize the effectiveness of the department and support the delivery of the team’s roadmaps.

**Your role and responsabilities will include**

**Manage day-to-day team operations and processes**: managethe Global Head of ESG Dev, Communications and CR agenda and support the Leadership team in their day to day.
Responsibility for meeting management (scheduling, building meeting agendas and minute-taking), to ensure actions are clearly understood and progressed tracked. Creation and maintenance of team governance documentation and updating team on process evolutions. Coordination of business committees chaired by the Global Head of ESG Dev, Communication and CR.

**Support development of the ESG Development, Corporate Communications and CR Roadmaps** -help build the planning process, the associated meetings and manage the feedback loops until final documents are ready to be shared with internal stakeholders.

**Act as a Single Point of Contact for team regarding transversal AXA IM or AXA-wide initiatives **- support the roll-out of company-wide initiatives when the participation or onboarding of the team is needed (trainings, internal events ).

**Manage ESG Dev, Communications, CR budget **- management of team costs vs budgets and liaison with finance team especially in terms of reporting dates and process. Tracking and processing of invoices where required. Providing monthly update to team heads on spend and available budget.

**Manage team events** - offsites, learning sessions, regular meetings

- Excellent organizations skills and attention to detail

- Ability to organize, report and coordinate with all stakeholders (internal and external)
- Written and verbal communication
- Good knowledge of French and English with one being a mother tongue
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite and easy adaptation to digital tools
