**Description du poste**
Dans le cadre du développement de notre activité dans le domaine automobile, nous recherchons un Project Management Officer F/H.

**Vos missions seront les suivantes**:

- Contrôler est assurer une conduite du changement
- Accompagner les métiers DSIAI pour une bonne appropriation des standards de pilotage des projets internes
- Accompagner les chefs de projet pour approprier le standard de pilotage des projets mis en place par l’équipe PMO IT/OT
- Assurer le respect de la qualité et le délai des livrables IT/OT pour les projets internes à chaque jalon et phase du projet en coordination avec le chef de projet si nécessaire
- Animer le rituel mensuel pour le suivi des projets avec la présence des chefs de projet
- Mettre en place des KPI’s de suivi et assurer un reporting global mensuel de l’avancement des projets en cours de son périmètre via des Dashboard standards mis en place par l’équipe PMO
- Maintenir le respect du standard PM et l’utilisation des outils nécessaires pour le pilotage des projets internes de son périmètre
- Participer au déploiement de la roadmap de standard PM au sein de la direction
- Participer avec le PMO IT/OT projets industriels au déploiement des formations pour accompagner les métiers sur l’utilisation de JIRA

**Qualifications**
De formation Bac+5, vous avez une expérience significative d'au moins 3/5 ans sur un poste similaire, idéalement dans un secteur industriel.

**Compétences spécifiques**:

- Pilotage de projet (planification, chiffrage, suivi)
- Bonne connaissance du domaine de la continuité digitale et de l’amélioration continue
- Méthode agile Scrum et cycle en V
- Assurance qualité projet : APQP
- Connaissances des systèmes d’information : PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), 3DX Dassault, de l’ERP D365 Microsoft et de MOM (Manufacturing Operation Management)
- Maîtrise des flux fonctionnels IT/OT et de l’architecture fonctionnelle des SI
- Outils de gestion de projet : JIRA, MS-Project ou autres
- Bonne connaissance des métiers de conception produit/process, de fabrication industrielle et de la logistique
- Outils de reporting : Power BI ou Excel VBA
- Bonne capacité relationnelle pour interagir avec les différentes parties prenantes de l’entreprise
- Excellentes compétences en coordination et en communication orale et écrite
