We’re looking for an experienced, high caliber **Senior Asset Manager** to join us in **Paris**. You’ll be part of a young, dynamic team, working alongside colleagues from all over the world and collaborating closely with our offices in Lyon, Bordeaux and Amsterdam. You’ll report directly to the Regional Director, as we build on our 1.9 million square meter French portfolio and consolidate our position as the market leader in last mile real estate.

**What you’ll do**
- Build a local network of brokers, service providers and political actors
- Be involved in the acquisition strategy through active sourcing of opportunities
- Implement a sustainable asset management strategy for existing and future assets driven by effective lease management
- Challenge and put forward a recommendation for the annual budget for each asset
- Evaluate property and review financial projections
- Underwrite all asset management reports
- Approve commercial terms of leases. Be responsible for converting these commercial terms into contractual leases
- Design and drive CAPEX plan for each asset
- Track the risk criteria for each asset, spot red flags and inform the management team of any warning signals
- Deliver insights through market intelligence
- Look for and exploit opportunities to add value in our portfolio and asset management performance
- Manage all lettings, renewals, rent reviews, lease surrenders and associated capital expenditures
- Integrate remodeling, redevelopments and extensions into the business plan.
- Build and maintain warm and productive direct relationships with occupiers
- Manage a team of confirmed Asset Manager, enabling them to grow and define the local asset management strategies.

**What you’ll bring**
- Your standout track record, 7-10 years’ experience. Experience in logistics and light industrial is particularly relevant, but you can also bring what you’ve learned from working with retail or other asset classes. You can demonstrate how and where you’ve added value.
- An in-depth knowledge of the last mile real estate realm. You’ll understand the market and tenants and be able to spot and act on opportunities.
- Your head for numbers. You can validate valuations and forward-looking financial projections.
- Your communication skills as a strongly fluent French speaker and fluency in English.
- Your education in a relevant university degree.
- Your valid Drivers License
- Attention to detail. In this role, you’ll be monitoring lease performance, data, delinquencies and collection.
- Your head for data. You’ll be able to digitize and track new data. You’ll have great analytical, financial and negotiating skills.
