The **Sales & Marketing Apprentice**is responsible for supporting customer relations activities in both Sales and Marketing. As part of the Administrative Division, you will be involved in General Services tasks.
This is a** part
- time ( 50%) fixed one-year contract (**_office
- based_** )**role.
**What you’ll do at Elekta**
**Sales & Service Support**:
- Participates in the management of Equipment and Service tenders.
- Takes customer calls and processes requests.
- Management of sales meetings and training courses: organises the related logistics (booking flights, hotels, etc.).
**Marketing**:
- Manages telephone calls from sales customers; handles sales/marketing calls.
- For specific requests, redirects them either to the Sales team or to Product Support.
- Takes part in conference logistics (registration forms, stand organisation, demonstration consoles, furniture, catering, etc.) in partnership with Marketing.
**General Services**:
- Visitor reception.
- Mail management.
- Telephone answering & general mailbox management (contact.fr). Management of supply orders.
- Management of carriers.
- Relay for Boulogne site (in case of absence of Personnel Administration and need for any technical problem.
**What you bring**
- BTS, Business School and/or equivalent.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good sense of synthesis and initiative.
- Good level of written and spoken French & English.
- Good command of IT tools, including Excel and PPT.
