**Job Description**:
The Supply Planner EU Mixed Items manages the replenishment and the distribution planning of all the mixed stationery finished goods produced in our copacking center based in Slovakia to all the European markets (10 warehouses to deliver according to customer demand in 25 countries).

Their specificity is related to the complexity of their bill of materials with several components coming from different sourcings (BIC Plants and/or OEM external suppliers).

The scope is covering Back-To-School & Back-To-Office events as well as the monitoring of the key EU promotional activities as for LIDL.

Objective is to ensure product visibility and product availability to commercial teams.

Main Responsibilities:

- Launch weekly co-packing work orders on mixed skus according to various constraints (component availability, promotion anticipation, load at the co-packing center )
- Manage weekly DRP to replenish his/ her product portfolio to the 8 local European DC
- Responsible for optimizing finished goods inventory levels in all European warehouses, while defining action plans for overstock reduction (unpacking of co-packed item, rebalancing stock )
- Monitor stock service level performance by managing product availability on his / her product portfolio while maintaining inventory level to the defined Target
- Anticipate and define mitigation plans on products with risk of shortage
- Ensure smooth and timely communication with Short Term Product Availability, Customer Service, Demand planning, Factory planning, Logistics & Commercial teams to limit out-of-stock impact
- Provide feedbacks on weekly & monthly reporting with root cause analysis and built action plan

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree with 2 to 3 years’ experience
- English fluent
- Ability to work autonomously and lead his/her topics from start to end
- Customer satisfaction oriented
- Ability to connect teams together with strong collaborative approach
- Synthetic and well-structured mindset with priority management
- Be pro-active with continuous improvement mindset
- Good communication skills, positive attitude, and strong team player
- Excellent mastery of Excel, at ease with ERP and planning tools
- Ability to “make it simple” in a complex environment
