**Job Description**:
The Factory Supply Planning team is in charge of piloting the factory planning from IBP horizon to weekly schedule. The factory supply planner is making sure that Continents worldwide will receive the products needed to achieve the Sales plan while keeping inventory healthy and under control, taking into account all manufacturing constraints.

This position will accompany the BIC transformation journey to Integrated Business Planning. The role will be a key stakeholder in our projects on data structure and Anaplan IT tool to support IBP decision making on all Stationery, Shaver and Lighter factories worldwide.

Main Responsibilities:

- Guarantees and validate that the data structure is compliant with Anaplan planning structure
- As business owner in the project, drive all actions so that Anaplan project is rolled out on time as per IT roadmap
- Develop Anaplan features to ease IBP planning decisions and feedbacks to regions
- Be the master of Anaplan planning community and extend his knowledge within the KU and planning teams, making sure processes are defined, clearly explained and documented on both data structure and Anaplan
- Challenge current processes and suggest improvements and simplification

**Qualifications**:

- You have a Master or post graduate degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field.
- You have 3+years of experience within demand or supply planning function within a fast-paced environment, familiar with S&OP / IBP processes and planning tools.
- You are fluent in English.
- Experience with interacting in a complex, cross-functional, matrix and multicultural environment.
- You have demonstrated strong analytical skills and are comfortable in managing lots of data from multiple sources.
- You’d describe yourself as reliable, curious, proactive, problem solver. Detail oriented as well as with a strategic view.
- Team player with a high customer focus.
- You have great communication skills that allows you to collaborate, educate and influence people from different backgrounds.
- Experience in FMCG is a plus
