This Position reports to:
Sales Manager

Your Role: Own the Challenge
- Promote and sell complex medium-voltage solutions, achieving volume, product mix, and profitability targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and partners to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Work in project mode with technical teams to ensure the success of offers and project execution.
- Negotiate commercial and legal contracts with internal support and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
- Use Salesforce to manage sales activities and collaborate with the extended sales team to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and maintain competitive intelligence, with frequent travel across mainland France and occasional international trips.

What it takes to Run what runs the world
- 5-year degree in Engineering or equivalent, ideally complemented by commercial experience.
- Proven experience in technical sales or project-based commercial roles.
- Strong knowledge of medium-voltage solutions, customer relationship management, contract negotiation, and digital sales tools.
- Fluency in English (spoken, written, and read).
- A mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement.
