Turner & Townsend is currently searching for a French speaking Corporate Recruiter / Talent acquisition specialist to support the recruiting efforts in Europe.
Based out of our Paris office, you are accountable for supporting talent attraction and talent acquisition activities for the entities across Europe, with a focus on France. Recruiting the finest Cost Managers, Project Managers and Project Controls specialists across the region who can help our organisation deliver the best projects for the best clients in the world.
You will work alongside our experienced recruitment team. This role would suit an agency or corporate Recruiter or Resourcer with a couple of years of experience looking to take the next step as an end-to-end Recruiter within a thriving international business.
- You will work closely with the Hiring Managers to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
- Create and publish job adverts and social media campaigns
- Coordinate and manage hiring team interviews
- Manage offer and negotiation process
- Build a Talent Pipeline in order to cover short and long-term workforce capability for the business.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience. Experience recruiting in the construction or real estate sector would be a plus.
- Passion for recruiting and finding top talents in a challenging environment
- Networking capability through social media
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Motivated, flexible and results driven
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
- Fluency in French and English is required for this role. Other European languages skills are desirable.
