The Finance Director is part of the executive management team and reports to the Managing Director. The Finance Director has the overarching responsibility and overseas all aspects of the Finance & accounting functions, including but not limited to reporting, accounting, controlling, performance management, procurement, coordination of legal activities, financial systems.

Evolution within a society in a context of hyper growth

Responsibilities, including, but not limited to:

- Overarching responsibility for all aspects of the finance & accounting functions of the organization
- Contribute to the development and performance of Sector Alarm in France
- Proactive business partner and advisor to the Managing Director and the other members of the executive management team in Sector Alarm France
- Responsible for performance management and business controlling (e.g. provide insight to drive growth, increase revenues and reduce operational cost and organizational efficiency)
- Responsible for preparation and follow up of monthly financial reporting, budgets and forecast
- Responsible for accounting (including tax) and preparation of financial statements
- Responsible for billing and cash collection dpts
- Oversee all audit and internal control operations
- Coordinate legal affairs internally with the rest of departments.
- In a second step, the FD will be Responsible for payroll management as well
- Activities to create: Procurement, special projects, M&A

Skills and experience:

- Relevant higher education within business administration, Finance, Economics or similar
- 10 years’ experience with CFO experience and management consulting or audit
- Experience with business services, ideally with a subscription model and recurring revenues
- Management and/or leadership experience
- Commercial mindset with strong analytical skills and good business judgement
- Ability to critically analyse information and communicate with relevant stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills and proven ability to develop resources.
- Proactive and engaged with a desire to be close to the business
- Strong integrity and is accurate and accountable.
- Fluent/excellent written and oral communication in English
- Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization
