Already successful in several European markets, our client now want to enter the French market... You will spearhead all business activities and be the face of the organization in this pivotal market. Your expertise in the commercial and industrial energy sector, coupled with your deep understanding of French regulations, will be crucial in developing and nurturing relationships with local partners. You will be responsible for crafting and executing our business development strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving the ambitious growth targets.
- Develop and implement the country strategy in alignment with the company's overall goals and lead development activities for commercial & industrial-scale solar projects.
- Attract, lead, mentor, and build a high-performing local team.
- Drive business growth through innovative strategies and initiatives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the French market.
- Establish and maintain robust commercial relationships with key stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals.
- Oversee all operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with local regulations.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes.
- Manage the relationship with the strategic investor: Brookfield Asset Management.

**Qualifications**
- Proven track record of success in the commercial and industrial energy sector (any Engineering background).
- In-depth knowledge of French energy regulations and market dynamics.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a history of successful business development and strategic leadership.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and sustain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders (understanding the basics of Finance).
- Fluent in French and English; Spanish is a plus.
