Franklin Pet Food propose de l’alimentation premium pour chien et chat. La société connaît une forte croissance depuis son lancement en 2018 et nous œuvrons pour que la qualité sans compromis, la simplicité et la transparence (re)deviennent la norme en pet food, et pour cela nous cherchons à lever toutes les contraintes quotidiennes qui nous empêchent de bien nourrir nos animaux. L’Expérience Client, la Fidélisation, la Rétention et la Communication sont les piliers clés pour aider Franklin à accomplir cette mission.
Pour renforcer notre équipe Opérations et Customer Care, nous sommes à la recherche d’un.e alternante pour renforcer nos équipes à partir de Juillet 2025.
**Vos missions sont les suivantes**:
Optimiser les outils digitaux déjà en place (helpdesk, CRM, CMS, automatisation, FAQ) et lancer de nouveaux outils avec l’aide du Head.
Optimiser la Supply Chain (mise en place de nouveaux process, gestion des approvisionnements, litiges transporteur).
Accompagner le lancement de projets annexes (communauté de vendeurs, opérations commerciales, reviews, projets logistique).
