Accor & Orient Express are currently seeking an experienced Talent & Culture (T&C) Executive Director to lead and champion the Orient Express teams in Corporate Offices. Reporting directly to the CEO Orient Express, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing all aspects of Human Resources within the brand. T&C STRATEGY** - Develop and implement Talent & Culture policies and procedures aligned with Accor’s Global T&C strategy and overarching objectives. - Develop and manage core HR functions to provide comprehensive support to Orient Express’ employees, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. - Provide counsel, guidance, and day-to-day support to managers on coaching, career development, performance management, and disciplinary and grievance actions. - Maintain and update HR data and documentation. **2. SOCIAL RELATIONS** - Contribute to the establishment of Orient Express’ legal entity, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. - Lead the development of social relations strategies and agreements within Orient Express, fostering a positive and productive work environment. - Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all social relations practices adhere to relevant local laws and regulations. - Mediate and resolve employee relations issues, promoting a harmonious social climate and enhancing social dialogue. - Develop and implement a Work Council within Orient Express, engaging with social partners and participating to the different instances. - Coordinate and manage annual deadlines with staff representative bodies, ensuring timely communication and compliance with legal requirements. - Lead HR projects related to social law, driving initiatives to enhance employee welfare and compliance standards. **3.
