**Lengow, an intelligent and automated e-commerce platform**:
Since 2009, Lengow has been the indispensable e-commerce platform for multi-channel expansion in the European market: marketplaces, price comparison websites, affiliate marketing, display ad retargeting, social media, etc.

All jobs are open in Nantes/ Paris/ London/ Munich/ Barcelona.

Your challenge and role will be to put the user in the center of all project of the product team and help the PM to build his Road Map with your User data.

**Your main tasks would be as follows**:

- Do user research
- Write and deliver reports that will guide design decisions on behavioral information
- Involve Pm/Po/Designer in analyzing usability results and prioritizing issues
- Accompany Po/Pm to conduct small-scale usability studies and validation research
- Update and maintain Personas.
- Defend users across the organization

**Requirements**:
**We are looking for someone with the following experiences and skills**:

- Be proactive
- Identification and enrichment of user journeys within our products
- Collaborator with Pm / Po of BUs on projects Understand user needs through interviews (quali) or surveys (quanti)
- Set up workshops
- Evangelization of Design Thinking
- Transcribe all Ux artifacts into Confluence
- Do user testing
- Establish a research cadence to ensure we remain a user-centric company.
