**In this position, you'll**:

- Own the real estate procurement process from identification through to building readiness.
- Manage a complex roadmap of real-estate locations going from procurement to building ready simultaneously across multiple geographies.
- Develop the real estate strategy for procurement, management, enhancement and cost improvement of all warehousing locations across France.
- Coordinate construction resources and support due diligence evaluation of new opportunities.
- Negotiate and manage the internal approval process for all real-estate contracts.
- Regularly prepare and present cost performance of all workplace assets to senior management.
- Support operational optimisation by acting as the real-estate owner for all enhancements of our operating model, from solution scoping, specification identification and implementation.
- Lead our effort in CO2 reduction effort for all physical locations through innovative use of industry best practices and new technologies

**About you**:

- Strong English language skills
- 5+ years' experience in deal management in an industrial real estate operation with a national footprint leveraging a combination of internal and external resources.
- Experience building a network of contractors, facilities providers, design and architectural consultants.
- 5+ years' experience negotiating, contracts, leases, and similar commercial documents.
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 20% of the time.
