In our Paris office, approximately 200 lawyers work on all types of complex, innovative matters, each one requiring specialist understanding of the specific legal environment, challenges and context of the relevant market. **Our Paris Commercial, Tech and Data team** Our Paris Commercial, Tech and Data team is led by Partner Dessislava Savova. It is comprised of 9 experts specialised, amongst other things, in cybersecurity, data protection, e-commerce, platform regulations, artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies, contractual and commercial law, IT, economic regulations, distribution law and consumer law. Our team has cutting-edge expertise in the Tech space and it accompanies clients on their major Tech matters and projects. We notably advise on data protection, cybersecurity resilience and risk, IT agreements, digitisation and tech transformational projects, artificial intelligence, ethical questions around new technologies, connected devices, big data, the regulation of online platforms and major tech players and e-commerce more generally, as well as strategic collaborations. To be able to do so, our team also relies on its unique contractual know-how. We notably have extensive experience advising clients on their strategic commercial and industrial projects, including international projects, and drafting and negotiating the contracts for those projects, such as major joint venture agreements, collaboration agreements and services, procurement, supply and distribution agreements. Our remuneration package is one of the most attractive in the market. **Skills and qualifications** You are a senior lawyer_ _(6+ years' experience), qualified in France. You are keen to work in the different areas covered by our Paris Commercial, Tech and Data team. You have a strong academic background, with a specialised Master's degree in commercial law, digital law, new technologies, data and/or e-commerce (or equivalent). You have training / work experience in a Tech, TMT, Digital, New Technologies, Data, Commercial Contracts or equivalent practice. Experience or a special interest in the Healthcare & Life Sciences field would also be appreciated but this is not a requirement. An LL.M would be a plus. You possess excellent drafting skills. You are fully fluent in French and in English. You are very well-organised and commercial in your approach.
