HRS International is looking for an experienced “Service Delivery Manager”, responsible for the HRS service delivery operations in France. More specifically this involves directing the following areas; Product, Project Management & Implementation Services, Support Services, Training Services, and Development. The overall objective of this role is to support the business in achieving both their revenue targets and highest levels of customer and employee satisfaction.
Role and responsibilities:
- Establish and manage a service delivery team and infrastructure in France, including implementation, support, project management, product management, pre-sales and development;
- Implementing a sound and effective project management methodology in your region;
- Ensure that we maintain sufficiently skilled resources as needed, and to promote new revenue opportunities for HRS;
- Build and maintain strong customer relations with key hotel, F&B, spa and retail accounts;
- Clients relationship management, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with products and services by HRS.
Main requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management position;
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or Hospitality;
- Experience in IT service delivery for the hospitality industry is essential;
- In-depth knowledge of Hospitality products;
- Professional work ethics and strong leadership ability;
- Excellent communication and entrepreneurial skills;
- Driven personality with a business-savvy mindset;
