Since 1978, our Group has been constantly growing and innovating to offer its customers increasingly efficient maritime, land, air, and logistics solutions. Driven by a strong desire to design ever more effective solutions to serve a world in motion, the Group launched CMA CGM AIR CARGO in 2021, thereby expanding its transport and logistics offering. It has also recently grown with the acquisition of the Belgian company "Air Belgium." Already equipped with a fleet of 4 long-haul aircraft (1 A330F and 3 B777Fs), it will be further reinforced with eight Airbus A350Fs by 2027, making CMA CGM AIR CARGO the launch operator of this new aircraft. Moreover, thanks to support from a partner, AIR CARGO now operates on the transpacific route with two additional B777Fs that we own. As part of its development, CMA CGM AIR CARGO offers one opportunity to become a Duty Officer for its Operations Control Center (CCO). **RESPONSIBILITIES**: Participate in the on-going development of the CMA CGM AIR CARGO airline within the scope of the Operations Control Center: Ensure the day-to-day operation of the airline is conducted in the most efficient manner, in order to maintain safe flight operations including disruption management. Collaborate with the internal / external stakeholders on a daily basis, to ensure schedule integrity and regulatory compliance. Test and challenge the procedures and configurations of the systems deployed at the OCC, propose alternative solutions if necessary. **Ensure Operations Control and Flight Dispatch 24/7**: Advocate for a culture focused on flight safety, economic performance, and punctuality. **Operations Control**: Manage the execution of the commercial program and ensure flight monitoring. Anticipate, manage, and minimize the impact of operational irregularities. Coordinate and communicate operationally internally and externally. **REQUIREMENTS**: **The applicant should meet the following criteria**: Have successfully passed the Flight Dispatcher Initial Examination If applicable, successfully passed the latest Flight Dispatcher Recurrent Examination Have operated as a Flight Dispatcher for at least 800 hours.
