Reporting to the Global HQ HRD, you will be the HR reference person for the Tech and Digital functions at Sephora: - Supporting the 2 Global Leaders of these functions - Working with Tech & Digital HR community in Sephora and LVMH - Role of HRBP within a scope that currently comprises around 50 employees working in 2 locations (France and the United States), which is undergoing rapid development and covers roles such as: IT Architecture, Application Domain Management, Cybersecurity, IT Governance; but also E-Commerce, Omnichannel, Digital Innovation, Data and AI... **You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions**: **SUPPORT**: - 2 Sephora Global Leaders (the Global Chief Information Officer and the Global Chief Digital Officer), their Managers and their teams in their HR development; - Advising Managers on managing and developing their teams; - Steering the various annual HR processes (annual appraisal interview, salary review, etc.); - Monitoring the recruitment plan: analyzing needs, defining profiles and ensuring that new recruits are properly onboarded; - Defining and analyzing HR monitoring indicators (succession plans, vacancies, staff turnover, etc.) and implementing related action plans; - Lead cross-functional projects relating to the company's HR policy and initiate/deploy cultural transformation projects (engagement survey, ways of working, managerial culture, feedback, CSR policy, etc.). **INITIATE**: - Co-piloting, with the Global Talent Development department and the LVMH Group, the OMR (Annual Organization and Talent Review) process for these functions and presenting it to the Regions; - Promoting mobility and developing career paths in these functions by working across with the Regions; - Supporting collaboration between the 2 Functions Leaders and their market leaders; - Structuring, in collaboration with the Global Learning and Development team, a business development and training offer: creation of Business Academies; - Raise the Sephora employer brand (EVP) and embody it specifically within your functions. **STRUCTURE**: - Working with your Leaders and the Regions, lead Organizational Design initiatives by analyzing and optimizing the structure of your departments to facilitate effective collaboration and support the company's strategic objectives ("One Sephora" approach). - Have at least 15 years' experience, firstly in an HR Organization & Talent Management consultancy, then in a company as an HR Generalist and/or Talent Acquisition Manager. - Already know the Tech / Digital / Data professions. - Have proven experience in functional analysis, business process modelling and organizational design, preferably acquired in the technology or similar sector. - Have an operational approach to your job and are able make proposals to support your scope. - Are autonomous, have a sense of priorities and service, and are assertive and convincing in your approach to consultancy. - Have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to establish a partnership with regional management. - Fluency in French and English is essential. **While at Sephora, you’ll enjoy** - ** The people. **You will be surrounded by some of the most talented leaders and teams - people you can be proud to work with. - ** The learning**.
