He/she will be reporting to the HRIS RUN Director.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:_**
- Strategy definition for Sephora’s Global data management_
- Define sourcing strategy, structure, and display of HR data (headcount, staff costs, diversity, etc.)
- Define and validate with head of domains, the most relevant KPI to steer Sephora’s HR strategy at a Global level
- Ensure Sephora’s data consistency strategy with LVMH Group level and with Regions
- RUN and manage KPI enhancements of our tools with our integrator
- Foster a digital and data-driven culture within Sephora_
- Contribute to the launch our new BI dashboard for leaders: People Trends Strategic
- Coordinate communication actions and training on BI tools for leaders, Global, Regional and local actors to foster a new data driven culture
- Relay internal actions taken by LVMH to promote the culture of « data-driven decision making » brought by the Group BI project
- Align with LVMH and Group reporting, along with Sephora’s Regional actors_
- LVMH point of contact to ensure Sephora’s data integration in Group’s BI platforms
- Contribute to different projects for data flows between instances (LVMH career site, Learning, etc.)
- Ensure consistency between all BI solutions at Sephora’s Regional Global and Group level
- Manage HR reporting’s offer and delivery_
- Manage resources in charge of producing Global HR reports and mass data change (a junior position and a trainee to be recruited)
- Coordinate communication actions and training on HR reporting tools for Sephora’s actors
- Manage data cleaning initiatives in coordination with Regions and Countries

- Higher education in HR, Project management and/or IS
- At least 5/7 years of experience in HR projects and organizational design, process design, management of performance with change management experience
- Functional and Technical experience with data related and database projects
- Experience in integrated projects with multiple IS solutions in an internal context
- Report design and development on Qlik Sense and SAP Success Factors
- Strong interest for technologies, IS and database tools and data modeling experience
- Being a facilitator and problem solver for our multiple stakeholders
- Fluency in English mandatory (other spoken languages are considered a plus)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel is mandatory
