Vous travaillerez au sein de la Direction Financière, plus précisément au sein du département consolidation au sein de l'équipe Comptabilité et Consolidation du Groupe.

Vous participerez aux tâches suivantes:
Participation aux travaux de clôture mensuelle, trimestrielle, semestrielle et annuelle:

- Administration de l'outil de consolidation du Groupe:
Préparation des phases de reporting : taux, périmètre de consolidation, dispositions des reporting packages, etc.

Développement des paramètres et paramétrages : plan comptable, contrôles, documents d'entrée et de sortie, suivi des interfaces, etc.
- Tâches de clôture:
Préparation de la rédaction des instructions de clôture, préparation de certains retraitements de consolidation, etc.

Vérification de la cohérence des informations financières fournies par les filiales.

Appui aux filiales pour la saisie des états financiers

Rapprochement des comptes intra-groupe

Préparation, contrôle et validation des écritures de consolidation enregistrées dans l'outil.

Révision des comptes consolidés.

Préparation des états financiers et des notes annexes
- Produire des analyses et participer à la production des états financiers consolidés pour les partenaires financiers et les investisseurs.
- Participer au développement et à l'amélioration du processus de reporting.
- Participer à la mise en place, à la rédaction et à la mise en conformité des procédures internes du département.
- Participer à la veille réglementaire des normes comptables, sur les comptes consolidés.- [ENG]_

You will be working in the Finance Department, specifically in the consolidation department within the Group’s Accounting and Consolidation team.

You will participate in the following tasks:
Participate in the monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual closing work:

- Administration of the Group consolidation tool:
Preparation of the reporting phases: rates, scope of consolidation, provisions of reporting packages, etc.

Development of parameters and settings: chart of accounts, controls, input and output documents, interface monitoring, etc.
- Closing tasks:
Preparation of drafting closing instructions, preparation of certain consolidation restatements, etc.

Verification of the consistency of the financial information provided by the subsidiaries.

Support to the subsidiaries for the input of financial statements

Reconciliation of intra-group accounts

Preparation, control and validation of consolidation entries recorder in the tool.

Review of consolidated accounts.

Preparation of financial statements and note

- Participate in the development and improvement of the reporting process.
- Participate in the implementation, drafting and compliance of internal procedures for the department.

- Avoir une première expérience professionnelle en consolidation selon les normes IFRS au sein d'une équipe de consolidation ou d'un cabinet de conseil, avec une bonne connaissance d'un outil de consolidation tel que SAP FC.
- Les compétences relationnelles sont plus qu'essentielles pour pouvoir évoluer dans l'environnement de Tikehau Capital, à la fois très exigeant, dynamique et complexe. Elles vous permettront également de vous adapter à différents contextes de travail et de communiquer avec des personnes issues de différents départements.
- Vous avez une vision internationale (anglais courant) et êtes prêt à travailler en project mode.
- Vous savez synthétiser l'information et avez de bonnes capacités de rédaction et de présentation.
- Diplôme : Bac +4/5 (école de commerce / institut d'administration des affaires / diplôme supérieur de comptabilité et de gestion / université)

- Have a first professional experience in consolidation according to IFRS standards within a consolidation team or a consulting firm, with a good knowledge of a consolidation tool such as SAP FC.
- Relational skills are more than essential to be able to evolve in the Tikehau Capital environment, which is very demanding, dynamic and complex at the same time. It will also allow you to adapt to different working contexts and to communicate with people from different departments.
- You have an international outlook (fluent English) and is willing to work in project mode.
- You can synthesize information and have good writing and presentation skills.
