Human by nature.- As a **Sales Coordinator/Assistant (M/F/d)**, you will be an important member of our team to help manage the projects and deliver fragrances for well-known brands in different consumer product categories, for the L'Oréal Beauty Care Business. You will work with all the partners and with the different regions to make a positive impact.- Does this position sound interesting to you? It is a perfect opportunity if your goal is to be part of a dynamic and trustful team that enjoys finding solutions, creating fragrances for different categories and developing customer relationships to turn opportunities into success.**Reporting to the Global Business Director, you will be responsible for**:

- Creation, management and active support to KAM on Beauty Care Projects;
- Daily communication with the customer for project related activities (brief info, bases, sampling,...)
- Close internal/constructive collaboration and follow up with important functions (Regulatory, Evaluation/Development teams, Sampling Labs, Customer Care) on projects at a Global Level
- Coordination of project submission documentation including regulatory documents, pricing quotations, creative fragrance pyramids,...
- Price Collection and Data Management
- Coordination of main regulatory topics and follow-up with the client
- Contribution to the submission presentations with the Key Account Managers
- Update client and internal systems access to ensure documents are up to date

**Your professional profile includes**:

- Bachelor's Degree holder with an interest in Fragrance industry
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Sales Support/Account Management
- Experience managing well tracking systems
- Global mindset and team spirit
- Good level in English and French
