You join the team of the**Technical and Sustainable Development Department within the Sustainable Development Pole,**who is looking for a **Environment Project Manager** for a **internship 6 months starting from March 2026.**

**In collaboration with your tutor, your main missions will be**:

- **Management of regulatory and environmental topics across the entire Logistics, Office, Commercial and Residential portfolio;**:

- **Follow-up of environmental certification projects on the managed heritage;**:

- **Implementation of remote reading fluid meters;**:

- **Monitoring and control of real estate diagnostics (ERNT, DPE, termites...), during arbitrations and new leases;**:

- **Control and monitoring of ICPE compliance and Internal Operations Plans on logistics assets;**:

- **Monitoring of administrative aspects during the life of logistics warehouses: ICPE declaration, declarations of change of operator, amending files, management of the withdrawal of reservations following inspection visits;**:

- **Monitoring of LED relamping projects on logístical assets;**:

- **ADB control for building HSE compliance;**:

- **Management and control of the production of environmental audits in acquisition phases;**:

- **Environmental reporting for investors.**

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:
Student at the BAC+4/5 level, you are preparing a university degree, from an engineering school, with a specialization in Sustainable Development.
You are aware of Industrial Risks (ICPE) or Environmental Regulations.
You mastered the Office Pack.
You have analytical skills.
You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen, you are curious, rigorous.
And last but not least, you are fluent in English.
