You join the Global Markets Operations (GMO) team, Global Securities, as Market Transaction Manager OST and BONDS.
On a daily basis, your mission is to:
- Create and manage files, consolidate the eligible positions and verify the results booking, in connection with other GMO Securities businesses and the front office;
- Ensure data management, including consolidation of financial information from various providers;
- Contribute to various tasks related to taxation and taxes;
- Participate in the various projects aimed at securing and optimising production, as well as the development of the Corporate Actions (CAT) management tool, which will soon be put into production for the Bonds business;
- Perform the necessary reconciliations for the activity controls, manage internal outstanding items and contribute to the reporting of the activity follow-up.
You play a key role in securing production and project management. You work closely with the front office, operations and IT and have a close relationship with external counterparties and custodians.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:

With a higher education qualification, you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally your first experience in the post-market activity (OST - corporate actions).
You are proficient:
- Market finance;
- Management of corporate actions;
- Ideally, external software packages such as Summit, Sophis and/or Calypso.
You have an excellent relationship and a very good listening ability. You are:
- Rigorous and responsive;
- Good analytical skills;
- Motivated by teamwork.
You master English with a level B2
