Apprenticeship - Impact Investing - Green Assets

**Missions**:

Vous ferez partie de l'équipe d'investissement qui gère un fonds d'infrastructure à impact qui investit dans des actifs de décarbonisation à travers l'Europe. Vous soutiendrez l'équipe dans deux domaines principaux:
1.La gestion d'actifs:
- Préparer les rapports et le matériel de présentation aux investisseurs,
- Soutenir l'équipe sur l'analyse ESG,
- Soutenir l'équipe sur des besoins ad-hoc,
2. Processus d'investissement:
- Recherche ad-hoc sur différents secteurs (efficacité énergétique, mobilité bas carbone, économie circulaire,...),
- Veille marché,
- Effectuer une analyse stratégique et financière des partenaires clés,
- Examiner et contester la diligence raisonnable technique et juridique des actifs ciblés,
- Préparer le matériel de présentation pour soutenir les discussions avec les partenaires clés,
- Contribuer à la préparation des comités d'investissement,
- Aider au suivi des sociétés du portefeuille.

You will be part of the investment team managing an impact infrastructure fund that invests in decarbonizing assets throughout Europe. You will support the team on two main streams:
1.Asset management:
- Prepare reporting and presentation material to investors,
- Support the team on ESG analysis,
- Support the team on ad-hoc needs,
2.Investment process:
- Ad-hoc research on various sectors (energy efficiency, low-carbon mobility, circular economy,),
- Market watch,
- Perform strategic and financial analysis of key partners,
- Review and challenge technical and legal due diligence of targeted assets,
- Prepare presentation material to support discussions with key partners,
- Contribute to preparing investment committees,
- Help in monitoring portfolio companies.

- En cours d'obtention d'un master d'une école ou d'une université,
- Intérêt marqué pour les investissements à impact et les stratégies visant à atteindre la neutralité carbone,
- Capacité à synthétiser les résultats des analyses quantitatives et qualitatives et à fournir des commentaires clairs,
- Comportement organisé et proactif, capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à respecter les délais,
- Bonne maîtrise de Power Point et capacité à préparer des diapositives propres et professionnelles,
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais,
- Une expérience préalable dans le conseil en stratégie, le financement de projets ou le développement de projets est un atout majeur.

- Currently pursuing or holding a master’s degree from a top tier school or university
- Keen interest in impact investing and strategies to reach carbon neutrality
- Ability to synthesize the output from quantitative and qualitative analyses and provide clear feedbacks
- Organized and pro-active behavior, ability to multitask and commit to deadlines
- Good expertise in Power Point and ability to prepare clean and professional slides
- Fluent in French and English
- Previous experience in strategy consulting, project financing or project development is a big plus
