**Nous recherchons pour notre client, un Store Manager en Téléphonie H/F afin d'encadrer une équipe composée de conseillers clientèle et de commerciaux, tout en effectuant les missions suivantes**:
Valoriser les relations humaines en offrant à votre équipe toutes les conditions pour fournir un service client exceptionnel.
Comprendre les besoins de la clientèle et prendre plaisir à fournir la solution la mieux adaptée afin de les fidéliser.
Contribuer au développement de la boutique par la qualité de votre gestion et par les nouvelles idées que vous apportez.
Développer la performance commerciale dans le but d’atteindre les objectifs fixés
Développer l’animation de l’équipe (intégration, formation, montée en compétence..)
Vous avez la responsabilité de la gestion de la boutique, en leader résolument tourné vers l'action, ambitieux et autonome.

**Profil**:
Issu d'une formation commerciale Bac+3, vous disposez de minimum 2 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire idéalement dans le secteur du retail, de la téléphonie, ou du multimédia

Vous combinez d’excellentes compétences à la fois en termes de gestion et de pragmatisme.

Vous savez vous adapter aux situations imprévues et vous vous épanouissez dans un environnement dynamique.

Salaire : à partir de 35 000,00€ par an
