As the **HR Generalist (6-month fixed term)** your position reports to the VP of Human Resources and is responsible for planning, executing on and coordinating various HR administrative and operational duties in EMEA
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Responsible for processing all any new hires, changes, leavers in the HRIS for the EMEA region.
- Own the internal HR Systems (Leave Management Portal, UltiPro) and ensure data accuracy at all times.
- Provide HR support to business leaders & employees in France.
- Handle all employee relations in order for them to be compliant with regional
- and company standards.
- Ensure that the French subsidiary is compliant with labour
- social
- H&S- data
- legislations and policies in place at local/regional/European/company
- level Including administrative tasks (such as contracts, payroll preparation, local benefit administration) and documentation.
- Partner with the Global HR Ops team to support Workday implementation as required.
- Ad hoc projects as part of the employee experience may come your way too
**Education, Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
- 3-5 years of HR experience, with further skills in HRIS and reporting.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Tech-savvy & proficient is MS Office, Adobe, Outlook software.
- High EQ with effective verbal
- and written communication skills
- Fluent in English & French
- Experience in labor relations & knowledge of employment law in France highly desirable.
**Location**:
- Ideally located in France (Ille de France) with a hybrid or remote way of working. London can be considered.
