**The Role**

As our HR Generalist / Gestionnaire RH - France, you will be the first point of contact for our French employees and managers, supporting both our local operations and the employees from a recently acquired company.

You will manage day-to-day HR operations, support employee relations, and ensure compliance with French labor laws.

A key focus of this role will be transitioning the acquisition’s employees onto Corsearch France contracts, ensuring a smooth integration while maintaining strong employee engagement.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with broad HR generalist experience in France who enjoys problem-solving and building strong relationships.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Serve as the primary HR contact for French employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
- Support the integration of employees from a recent acquisition, including transitioning contracts to Corsearch France employment terms.
- Ensure compliance with French labor law, including contracts, statutory leave, working time regulations, and mandatory contributions.
- Assist with payroll operations, liaising with external providers and our Global Payroll team as needed.
- Support benefits administration.
- Manage and maintain Workday data, reporting, and employee records.
- Work with TA to support onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility processes for French employees.
- Collaborate with People Partnering Directors and the Global People team on projects and initiatives (e.g. talent reviews, engagement surveys, DEI, learning programs).

**Essential**
- HR experience in France, preferably as an HR Generalist or Junior HR Business Partner.
- Strong knowledge of French labor law and HR practices, including contracts, statutory benefits, and payroll.
- Experience with startups or fast-growing companies would be an advantage.
- Experience supporting employee transitions or integrations (mergers/acquisitions) is highly desirable.
- Experience with payroll and benefits administration in France.
- Workday HRIS experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust and credibility with employees and managers.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
