**Description du poste**

Nous cherchons pour ce poste un(e) store operations coordinator en CDI.

Le store operations coordinator est chargé d'assister le Country Manager et d’être le contact clé pour notre siège Italien dans les domaines suivants:

- Opérations en magasin
- Gestion des installations
- Maintenance
- Reseau enterprise (STEPX)
- Allocations Retail
- Informatique
- Sécurité au travail

Ce poste reporte directement au Country Manager Europe de l'Ouest.

**Les missions**

Vous assisterez le Country Manager dans la gestion de la communication générale du magasin et des activités opérationnelles.

Vous serez en charge:
Examiner les pratiques et procédures opérationnelles afin de déterminer si des améliorations peuvent être apportées dans des domaines tels que les flux de travail, les procédures d'établissement de rapports ou les dépenses ;
- Aider au développement de la communication avec le réseau des boutiques ;
- Traduire des documents anglais en français ;
- Gérer des projets et des événements spéciaux selon les besoins ;
- Être le contact clé en Italie pour les opérations du magasin ;
- Construire une bonne relation de soutien avec le Country Manager, District Managers, Visuel Merchandiseurs, Buying, Allocations, et l'équipe de gestion ;
- S’assurer que toutes les politiques et procédures en matière de santé et de sécurité sont respectées ;
- Soutenir le Country Manager en garantissant un niveau de service à la clientèle cohérent et exceptionnel dans tous les sites ;
- Communiquer efficacement à l'oral et à l'écrit ;
- Observer les procédures de sécurité, signaler au Country Manager toute utilisation abusive ou vol au niveau des stocks.

**Profil et Expérience**

Issu(e) d’une formation supérieure Bac +3/4 école de commerce/gestion

Expérience dans un environnement Retail idéalement en tant que Store Manager

Maîtrise pack office

Excellent sens de l'organisation

Soucieux du détail

Flexibilité

Curieux et désireux d'apprendre

Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et aux relations interpersonnelles

Résistant au stress

Niveau d’anglais courant pour ce poste

CDI

Salaire annuel : +- 40K brut annuel

Tickets restaurant 8,30€ prise en charge 60% par l’employeur

Mutuelle d’Entreprise

40% toute l’année sur les collections GEOX en magasin

Salaire : 40 000,00€ par an
