Notre division **Sales**recherche aujourd’hui **un(e) Customer Success Manager**, en CDI.
**A ce titre, vous serez en charge de**:
- Accompagner votre portefeuille clients sur l'utilisation de notre solution Yooz.
- Réduire le churn et garantir la satisfaction de vos clients.
- Contribuer à faire de vos clients des ambassadeurs auprès de leurs propres réseaux.
- Assurer le suivi de vos clients au travers de démonstrations et atteindre des objectifs d'upsell complémentaires.
**Vos atouts pour ce rôle**:
- Vous disposez d’un **BAC+5**, ou équivalent, dans des études **orientées business**.
- Idéalement, vous avez une expérience de **2** ans et plus sur des **fonctions similaires, idéalement dans un contexte B2B**.
- Vous avez déjà réalisé des démonstrations produits, vous disposez d'un bon relationnel et d'une bonne compétence rédactionnelle.
- Vous savez évoluer en autonomie, êtes persévérant(e) et pouvez vous appuyer sur votre culture IT.
