Kapsch TrafficCom develops smart solutions to make mobility safer, more sustainable and efficient for everybody. We design, build and operate traffic management systems including connected vehicles technology and mobility demand management as well as tolling services for cities, roads, tunnels and bridges around the world. We develop data and video analytics platforms, building on state-of-the-art technologies including AI, machine learning, big data and cloud services to enable the digitalization of mobility.

Your Responsibilities
- Supporting project managers as deputy or managing small projects and extensions of on-going projects
- Prepares and maintains project management plans
- Administrative tasks: schedules and attends technical meetings with the client and performs translation in French if needed.

Your Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Civil construction, Business Administration, or other related field-or equivalent work experience
- You have already had your first experience in Project Management (at least 6 months). Transport Infrastructure and Systems domains are considered as an advantage
- Experience in dealing with third parties
- Creative, solution driven personality with can-do attitude & approach and natural leadership style
- Understanding the complexity of international organizations and able to manage a workforce remotely
- Fluency in French and English for both verbal and written communication (level C1 in French is a minimum). Knowledge of any other language is considered as an advantage
- Based in Paris, France with domestic travels to customer sites in France and abroad to KTC subsidiaries on request.
- Experience with all Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Project, Powerpoint)
