**Missions**:

- Jouer un rôle de soutien actif dans l'ensemble du spectre d'un investissement immobilier de type private equity.
- Examiner les opportunités à un stade précoce et effectuer des analyses préliminaires.
- Construire des modèles financiers
- Assurer la liaison avec les conseillers et contribuer au processus de due-diligence.
- Préparer les mémorandums d'investissement
- Soutenir l'exécution du financement
- Participer aux activités de collecte de fonds
- Soutenir la bonne exécution des stratégies d'investissement et de gestion des actifs des portefeuilles de la division.
- Interactions actives avec diverses contreparties au cours du processus de gestion d'actifs
- Suivi continu des performances des investissements
- Planification stratégique visant à améliorer les performances financières
- Visites de sites
- Cessions d'actifs
- Suivi du financement
- Rapports aux investisseurs

- Taking an active supporting role in the entire spectrum of a private equity real estate investment.
- Examining early-stage opportunities and performing preliminary analysis
- Building financial models
- Liaising with advisors and contributing to the due-diligence process
- Preparing investment memorandums
- Supporting financing execution
- Participating in fundraising activities
- Supporting the proper execution of the investment and asset management strategies of the division’s portfolios
- Active interactions with various counterparties during the asset management process
- Ongoing monitoring of the investment performances
- Financial performance-enhancing strategic planning
- Site visits
- Asset divestments
- Financing monitoring
- Investor reporting

- Une expérience de stage préalable dans le domaine de la banque d'investissement, du capital-investissement ou de l'immobilier serait appréciée,
- Profondément rigoureux, excellentes capacités d'analyse et aptitudes exceptionnelles à la résolution de problèmes
- Ouverture d'esprit, esprit d'équipe et proactivité,
- Aptitude à travailler dans un environnement stimulant,
- Un goût pour les opérations de Private Equity Real Estate,
- Excellente connaissance du pack Microsoft Office,
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais requise.

- A previous internship experience in investment banking, private equity or real estate would be appreciated,
- Deeply rigorous, excellent analytical skills and outstanding problem-solving abilities
- Open-minded, team-oriented, and proactive,
- Proven aptitude in working in a challenging environment,
- A taste for Private Equity Real Estate deals,
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office pack,
- Proficient French and English required.
