We are looking for a** Pre-Sales Technician (CDI)** in our Paris office to strengthen our sales team in charge of the French-speaking markets.

**HOW YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE**:

- Support our sales managers in all administrative activities and accompany them during the sales phase
- Analyze prospect/customer needs
- Maintain customer data and contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on materials and presentations.

**YOU BRING**:

- Graduate of a Bac +2/+3 in technical-commercial sector
- A strong interest in technology and excellent interpersonal skills
- You have a sense of rigor, you know how to be autonomous and contribute to team efforts
- Fluent French and a good command of English
