Saft est une filiale à 100 % de TotalEnergies, une compagnie multi-énergies mondiale de production et de fourniture d’énergies : pétrole et biocarburants, gaz naturel et gaz verts, renouvelables et électricité.

Le Projects sourcing manager est responsable de la négociation, des commandes d’achats et de la qualité dans les objectifs/budget spécifiés.

**Vos missions**
- Assumer la responsabilité commerciale des activités d’achat des projets EMEA
- Travailler en collaboration avec les équipes projets concernant les spécifications techniques, commerciales et juridiques (RFQ, analyse des offres reçues et discussions techniques - commerciales avec le fournisseur)
- Mener les négociations en impliquant les services Ingénierie, Qualité, Projets.
- Assurer la gestion des fournisseurs : onboarding, qualification fournisseur, développement du panel de fournisseurs, suivi des données fournisseurs, etc.
- Définir le plan contractuel (p. ex. conditions générales, listes de prix) et assure la mise en œuvre des fournisseurs cibles régionaux à des fins d’appel d’offres
- Appuyer les projets pour les questions opérationnelles critiques (p. ex. réclamations, retards, négociations clés) avec les fournisseurs régionaux (approvisionnement, facturation, émission des avis de réclamation et gestion des recouvrements)

**Profil souhaité**
- Bac +5 ou équivalent
- 10 ans d'expérience minimum en Achats (ou) Expérience liée à l’approvisionnement dans un environnement industriel international
- Leadership, aisance relationnelle
- L’anglais courant est indispensable
