Zoī is looking for a **freelance IT Specialist** to support its growth and scale operations. You will be the IT point of contact for our medical center and headquarters, managing hardware, software, networks, and systems. This role combines strong technical skills with user support, assisting healthcare professionals, product, R&D, and support teams to ensure smooth IT operations across sites.
**Main Mission**:
- Manage and support all IT equipment and user requests at the health check-up center, using our ticketing system for tracking and resolution.
- Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, including creation and deletion of user accounts, rights management, and Google Workspace administration.
- Maintain and update inventory of IT hardware and software assets.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain MacOS and Windows workstations and peripheral devices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, operational, and HR teams to anticipate needs and troubleshoot issues rapidly.
- Continuously improve IT workflows and documentation to optimize service quality and efficiency.
- Liaise regularly with the headquarters’ tech team and CTO to align on projects, upgrades, and IT strategy.
**We're looking for**:
- You are an IT Specialist eager to work in the healthcare sector, surrounded by medical professionals while thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
- You’re curious, proactive, and passionate about supporting teams with efficient and reliable IT solutions.
- +2 years of experience in an IT support or specialist role, preferably in hybrid Mac and Windows environments.
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace administration and IT ticketing tools.
- Experience managing user accounts, permissions, and IT onboarding/offboarding.
- Familiarity with hardware inventory management and workstation deployment.
- Good organizational skills, proactive mindset, and excellent communication abilities.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (VPN, Wi-Fi, VLANs) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
