This label underlines our commitment to taking account of environmental, societal, social, health, ethical and economic aspects in our day-to-day operations and professional practices. **EXEMPTION ACCESS PROGRAMS MANAGER - H/F** **LIVE** **What you will do** - Lead end to end process for contracting with the CRO chosen to conduct the Derogatory Access (DA) programs (contract, amendments, negotiation, critical issue, distribution, signature, archiving) - Support resolutions of contracts/conventions issues and maintain contracts/conventions tracking in appropriate systems - Support CRO and centers-related questions regarding invoice preparation with respect to submission of invoices in Amgen Payment system - Find opportunities and standard methodologies with all involved partners that will contribute to overall operational effectiveness - Ensure payments are made in accordance with contracts - Maintain payment data tracking in appropriate systems - Ensure payment landmarks using appropriate guidelines, in coordination with the Purchase department - Raise contract and budget issues to the cross functional team - Set up financial data, raise purchase orders and handle appropriate entries/requests into relevant financial and payment systems (including Atrium for transparency declarations). - Provide assistance with audit review records - Participate in appropriate meetings with other teams (legal, compliance, data privacy, purchase ) to resolve issues in contracts and/or budgets - Coordinate with ACCP **WIN** **What we expect of you** We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.
