Pre Sales Specialist Mixed Reality

**Job Purpose**: **Responsibilities**: - Ability to work with sales team to support the design and configuration of vendor solutions (e.g. define a Bill of Materials for use by sales team) to meet customer requirements - Provision of an outstanding quality of service and meet predefined customer service level agreements (SLAs) - Use internal and vendor tools to generate accurate bill of materials on a timely basis to serve resellers and their customers and other Tech Data sales teams - Ownership of assigned Request Manager resolver group - Respond quickly to queries or customer care issues - Communicate product and technology information to educate internal and external audiences - Deal with product/solution enquiries from internal/external sales, vendors and resellers - Maintain peer-level technical contacts in assigned vendor - Work towards the required level of technical knowledge in product or technology group and the achievement of any vendor related accreditation - Assist the Business Solution Centre (BSC) to support sales activity and improve partner utilisation rates - Opportunity to deliver basic post-sales implementation services - Develop Product knowledge to a competent technical level in line with vendor/business expectations **Knowledge Skills and Experience** - Effective oral and written communication skills. - Strong attention to detail, priority management and planning skills. - IT industry knowledge - Channel, Vendors, Competition and End User is desirable but not mandatory depending on seniority of role. - Existing knowledge of product and technology portfolio is desirable but not mandatory depending on seniority of role. - High level of French language (C1) Leading VR brands: - Google Glass. La division comprend plus de 150 000 produits et 250 fournisseurs différents. Vous serez rattaché(e) à la Business Unit (BU) " Mobile & Consumer Electronics " dans laquelle nous commercialisons des Smartphones, tablettes, accessoires et objets connectés. Notre BU propose actuellement le portefeuille produits le plus large du marché avec des marques de notoriété mondiale telles que Google, Microsoft, Meta, Samsung, Oppo,... En tant que Spécialiste de la Réalité Mixte vous serez l'ambassadeur de notre BU auprès des clients revendeurs de Tech Data, pour maximiser leur satisfaction, développer de nouvelles opportunités et dépasser vos objectifs de commercialisation de nos solution AR/VR : Google Glass. Meta Oculus Quest, HTC Vive, Microsoft HoloLens, Lenovo, HP, etc. **Missions principales**: - Établir d'excellentes relations avec les clients grâce à une connaissance approfondie des produits de la Business Unit et à un engagement proactif, - Assurer le support technique avant-vente à l'équipe commerciale, - Accompagner et conseiller les partenaires dans leurs projets, - Animer des ateliers techniques avec les partenaires (sur Paris et en région), - Présenter les offres et former les partenaires sur les offres de notre catalogue, - Etre capable de réaliser des Proof of Concept sur les offres, - Atteindre le niveau requis de connaissances techniques dans le groupe de produits ou de technologies et obtenir toute accréditation liée au fournisseur, - Planifier les appels sortants vers les clients afin de générer de nouvelle
