**Your Tasks**
Flavor portfolio management:
- Set up and manage the sensory panel with the available resources: organize and monitor of the sessions, create product samples according to specified recipes, actively participate in tastings
- Statistic analysis of the results
- Analyze good potential fits to improve current portfolio
- Manage portfolio: Analyse portfolio Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and indentify gaps
Flavors Application:
- Conduct laboratory-scale tests in customer matrix on flavors
- Support the development of new dairy, ice creams, bakery and beverages products
- Preparation and update of projects documentation
**Your Skills**
- Pro-active with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Responsible and with excellent organization skill
- You stand out for your communication and teamwork skills
- Ideally, you have already gained some professional experience in the food industry
- Knowledge of the flavor industry and statistics would be a plus
- Fluent French and English skills, German is a plus
- IT knowledge for MS Office and interest to work with diverse IT-systems
- Open to work in an international team and open to occasional travels
