**IT PRODUCTION OFFICER M/F - Grenoble**

The **Production Officer** **permanent position** is based near Grenoble (Meylan, France)._ _

**Your Mission**:
As member of the production team, the Production officer:
Organizes the production activities (Qualification, deployments, requests, incidents) Works closely with the implementation teams to qualify installation of Client platforms Installs, upgrades, and uninstalls the client platforms Monitors the technical and material resource needs related to operational activities Participates to the projects improving production and operating activities Handles requests related to the exploitation of customer productions:

- Investigates alongside supports teams on incidents occurring on customers production
platforms
- Treats requests requiring restricted servers control access Works jointly with DevOps, IT, Programming, and software testing teams:

- As an expert in the deployment process of our solution, he/she participates to impact
analysis performance & qualification of changes in our software products on
production and operating activities
- He/She ensures a good maintenance & improvement of the documentation to
perform the activity.

**Your profile:
**Bac + 2 level or equivalent with specialization in computer science Experience of minimum 2 years in a similar environment Good technical fluency in IT is essential, including systems and network administration

An experience in a similar position in an IT department is a plus You demonstrate rigor and reliability in execution You demonstrate an analytical mind Your English level is fluent & technical
