Position Duties
- Élaborer le cahier des charges en collaboration avec les différents pôles de production : technique, design, graphique...
- Chiffrer et planifier les étapes de production
- Être responsable du respect des délais ;
- Encadrer et animer les équipes : planification des tâches, suivi, évaluation, etc.
- Mettre en place, optimiser et améliorer les processus de développement et de production.
- Passionné.e de jeux vidéo et motivé.e, vous possédez au minimum 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle sur des missions similaires ;
- Vous êtes organisé.e, rigoureux.se et vous avez le sens des priorités ;
- Vous savez gérer sereinement les imprévus ;
- Vous avez le soucis du détail et vous êtes exigeant.e avec vos équipes et vous-même ;
- Vous savez fédérer une équipe, dans le but d'accomplir un objectif commun ;
- Vous avez un bon niveau d'anglais (oral & écrit).

Additional Information

Mutuelle, tickets restaurant (11 euros), remboursement des frais de transport à hauteur de 50%, flexibilité des horaires, télétravail partiel possible
