The Company
Weeeze is a company specialized in the high-end market of mínimalist sliding systems of large dimensions.
Committed to development in France and abroad, Weeeze is a human-sized structure that allows it to provide custom work perfectly adapted to each particular request thanks to the know-how of its teams.
**Role**:
- Report directly into the CEO to generate profitable sales by developing a network of existing and new customers within the area.
- Establish relationships and network with key individuals in the marketplace, work independently and as part of a team to meet individual and company targets.
**Responsibilities**:
- To represent the company in a professional, enthusiastic, and positive manner
- Keep up to date on WEEEZE products, market trends and competitors
- Operate within agreed cost & budget, maximising turnover and profit
- Continually identify new customers and assess their suitability as customers for WEEEZE abroad
- Ensure all customers are trained to an acceptable standard in line with WEEEZE requirements
- Ensure all customers sign and adhere to WEEEZE terms and conditions
- Set and agree lead times for delivery of products in accordance with company guidelines
- Liaise with the Project Consultants and Fabricators to ensure pricing and quotations for the specifications are progressed
- To ensure the customers have the correct technical and pricing information
- Liaise with and assist internal staff to resolve customer issues promptly and in a professional manner
- Keep up to date and respond accordingly to all enquiries
- Continually inform customers of company product developments, producing business plans to expand maximise sales performance in line with the product launch timetable
- To attend meetings, training programmes, exhibitions etc. as directed by management (which may include overnight stays)
- To report your progress and meet with the Sales teams in Leyment once a month
- To provide feedback to all other areas of the business to ensure continuous improvement of our services
- Produce detailed annual international business plan with agreed growth and contribution levels
**Profile**
- Previous strong sales experience in the building products industry
- Knowledge of Windows and doors
- Previous experience of building and maintaining relationships with customers
- Sound knowledge of building product customers
- Account management experience
**Skills**

- Communicate clearly and effectively.

**Language**:
- Good written and oral communication in English and French is required
- Another language is a plus
