**POSITION AND MISSIONS**

Sponsorship and Communication Project Manager

, for an internship of **6 months** starting from** January 2026**.

Mirova Foundation supports structures of general interest at a pivotal moment, in the start-up or scale-up phase. Through awareness-raising, information and advocacy, the Mirova Foundation also acts as a sounding board for project leaders, the causes they defend and the solutions they propose. With a common goal: to amplify the movement towards ecological and social transitions.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

- Support in the monitoring of partnerships and the organization of calls for projects; the overall coordination of targeted project calls/sourcing and the animation of selection committees; the management and monitoring of partnerships, the agenda, and the preparation of appointments with project leaders;
- Support for the organization of internal and external, physical and/or digital events (seminars, breakfasts, thematic days, presentations...);
- Support in organizing the 5-year anniversary of the Mirova Foundation;
- Creation of event-related communication materials;
- Management of the Lunch and Learn discussions offered internally (organization of the event, management with project leaders, support);
- Preparation, sending, managing invitations, setting up and organizing events (choice of venues, interface with providers, support in coordinating the D-day);
- Monitoring and analysis (completion of satisfaction questionnaires, analysis,...) ;
- Production of editorial and digital content for the internal and external communications of Mirova Foundation;
- Writing articles or briefs, proposing content for the promotion of associative projects and the commitment of Mirova employees (Linkedin posts, newsletters, internal mailings, news on our website...);
- Creation and/or update of communication materials (PowerPoint presentations, posters, invitations);
- Using and Formatting Content on Mailchimp;
- Managing the CRM (Salesforce);
- Database update;
- Support for project management and referencing (SEO, SEA).

You will work, the employees of the different departments of Mirova in France and in its subsidiaries abroad as well as external partners.

This mission will allow you to understand the establishment of a strong and innovative identity in the field of patronage and philanthropy in close connection with the implementation of the mission of Mirova, fast-growing structure integrated into a large group.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:
Baccalaureate+4/5 level student, you are preparing a degree (university, business school or engineering school) with a specialization in Communication, Journalism, Project Management, or Sustainable Development.
You have an appetite for communication topics.
You ideally have a first experience in one of these fields or in the associative environment.
You are sensitive to the challenges of sustainable development, ecological transition and solidarity.
You show curiosity, organization and rigor in your work.
You possess excellent writing skills and a creative mind.
And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
