Adoc Talent Management is looking for a Full Stack Back-End Engineer (M/F). Our client is a start-up Recognized for its innovation, created by a collaboration between the best French and American laboratories in the field, it is at the crossroads of computer science and biology. The company supports pharmaceutical laboratories in order to best support the development of drugs by computer modeling. The dynamic and human-sized team offers a very stimulating work environment, encouraging autonomy and creativity.

**Position**

Thanks to your full stack technical skills, you will be playing a vital role in the conception and delivery of new features while ensuring the efficiency and scalability of the entire infrastructure, CI and solutions. You will also be executing the entire codebase, including the backend and infrastructure, and developing the unit while performing E2E tests to verify the good integration.

You will be constantly thriving for efficient ways to manage projects and develop new features to enhance the overall execution of projects, such as features to forecast duration and costs.

Moreover, you will be assisting in internal, and stakeholders' meetings to be aware of business goals, strategies, and potential improvement areas.

The position is to be filled in Paris as soon as possible.

**Profile**

You hold a PhD or master's degree in web development, with excellent full stack and technical expertise.

Thanks to a professional experience of ideally 2-3 years in backend development, you acquire a deep knowledge in JavaScript/TypeScript and Ruby development, docker, ruby, rails, gitlab, terraform, elastic search and sql database, OOP.

To collaborate efficiently with the fellow colleagues, you show up excellent analytical, project management and interpersonal skills.

You are highly organized, attentive to detail, autonomous, far-sighted, able to anticipate, coordinate, multitask in a versatile environment, you are recognized as a pragmatic person with a desire to innovate.
