**Jo**b** **pu**r**po**s**e**:
To provide administrative and financial support to the Finance Team of GAUM Europe, assisting with day-to-day office operations, financial reporting, accounting and
treasury activities. This junior role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to develop within the aviation insurance industry.
**Finance** **S**uppo**r**t** **(A**pp**r**ox**.** **70**%**)**
- Assist in preparing quarterly expense reports, including basic reconciliations and data entry.
- Support the preparation of VAT returns and other tax-related documentation.
- Help compile departmental reports (e.g., travel, entertainment).
- Assist in maintaining control accounts and reconciling corporate card expenses.
- Assist in daily accounting entries for Paris and Cologne office.
- Assist in preparing the quarterly invoices and cash settlements with the Group.
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes under supervision.
- Provide ad hoc support to the finance team on projects and reporting tasks.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flow movements.
- Help process electronic payments for the Paris office.

- Assist in travel booking and maintaining records of travel.
- Provide general office administrative support including office supplies management, filing, scheduling, and document handling.
- Liaise with internal departments (including marketing and IT) and external vendors as needed.

- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
