Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience - 5+ years of enterprise software/technology sales experience, including direct responsibility for revenue targets - Experience managing customer relationships at C-level/executive positions - Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets over multiple quarters/years - Fluent in French and English (written and verbal)
- Experience selling cloud services, SaaS, or infrastructure solutions to SMB customers
- Track record of developing and executing complex enterprise sales strategies
- Proven ability to build and maintain strategic partner relationships
- Experience with consultative selling approaches and solution-based sales methodologies
- Strong business acumen and ability to articulate technology value propositions to business stakeholders
- Experience working with technical teams and architecting solutions for customers
- History of successful territory development and pipeline building
- Strong presentation and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
- Track record of collaboration in cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of the French SMB market and its digital transformation challenges
- MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus
