Within the Sales Department, your mission is to strengthen our sales and key account management capabilities. You ensure network teams have the tools and skills to drive business development and maintain high performance levels. It’s about building a culture of business excellence, building strategic partnerships and ensuring our teams are aligned with our global business strategy.
Your main missions will be:
- Improve sales and key account management skills within operational network teams,
- Develop strategies adapted to the structure of our organization, ensuring that all teams have the knowledge and tools necessary to ensure sales and account management,
- Optimize and promote the transformation of our CRM (Salesforce) into a production tool that improves efficiency, provides comprehensive customer information and supports data-driven decision-making at all levels of sales and account management activities,
- Provide strategic vision to drive sales and account management excellence,
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for activities, leveraging data to drive strategic improvements and operational efficiency,
- Identify skill improvements within the organization and design training programs.
You supervise a team of 4 to 6 people and work closely with departments across the organization to ensure a unified approach to sales and account management, meeting operational needs, while remaining aligned with the company’s objectives.

With a Bachelor’s degree in business school or business engineering, you have a solid experience of at least 10 years in the field of sales and large account management - ideally in the maritime or industrial sector.
You have significant experience in developing and implementing sales and key account management strategies where business responsibilities are integrated into operational roles.
Your understanding and knowledge of the dynamics of the marine industry will be essential in developing strategies that meet industry standards and customer expectations.
Bilingual English, you have ideally coached teams in multifunctional positions abroad, in order to achieve high sales and account management performance.
