**Société qui recrute : Volkswind France (développement et construction de projets éoliens)**:
En tant que Project Manager, vous serez le point de contact clé pour les prestataires et la direction d’Axpo pendant la phase de réalisation des systèmes de batteries à grande échelle. Vous serez responsable du suivi global de l’avancement des projets, de l’anticipation des défis à venir et de la résolution des problématiques existantes.
Vous rejoindrez le département Construction - Raccordement de Volkswind France et vous serez en contact étroit avec le Senior Project Manager de notre groupe Axpo. Vous piloterez les projets en France, depuis la signature des contrats jusqu’à la mise en exploitation. Des négociations contractuelles avec les principaux fournisseurs jusqu’à la gestion des réclamations, vous occuperez une fonction clé dans chaque phase du projet.
Notre équipe adopte une approche interdisciplinaire et est étroitement connectée à l’international. Nous proposons un environnement dynamique et axé sur le travail en équipe, dans lequel vous pourrez valoriser vos compétences et relever des missions intéressantes et stimulantes.
**Vos futures missions**:
- Diriger des projets dans l’environnement technologique (BESS) en tant que membre de l’équipe batteries (1 à 3 projets en parallèle):
- Analyse des interfaces système,
- Élaboration et vérification des appels d’offres pour chaque contrat de construction,
- Gestion des interfaces avec Enedis ou RTE,
- Participation aux réunions de chantier sur site,
- Vérification du respect des règles HSE par les entreprises.
- Garantir le respect des budgets et des délais.
- Assurer la gestion contractuelle et des réclamations.
Déplacements : 2 jours de déplacement par semaine en moyenne en France.

Diplômé(e) d'une école d'ingénieur, vous justifiez d’une expérience de 3 ans ou plus dans la gestion de projets de plusieurs millions d’euros en phase de construction, dans le secteur du stockage de batteries, du photovoltaïque ou de l'éolien. Vous disposez d'un haut niveau en anglais.
Vous êtes doté(e) d’un haut niveau d’autonomie, du sens de l'organisation et de la persévérance, ainsi que d’excellentes aptitudes en communication. Vous êtes à l’aise avec des interlocuteurs de haut niveau décisionnel et sur des sujets techniques détaillés.
Enfin, vous êtes bien évidemment sensible aux questions environnementales
