**Talents Paie** est un cabinet de recrutement spécialisé sur les métiers de la paie. Talents Paie accompagne tous types d'entreprises sur leurs besoins en CDI, CDD et intérim.
**Description**:
Talents Paie recrute pour un de ses clients, cabinet de conseil à dimension internationale, un Payroll Manager H/F avec un niveau d'anglais B2 minimum, dans le cadre d'une paie semi-externalisée sur ADP Decidium (et WORKDAY pour la GTA). Vous managez une petite équipe de 2 Gestionnaires de Paie expérimentés et vous êtes garant de la qualité de la paie pour un périmètre de 400 salariés.
Vous supervisez la réalisation de la paie en vous assurant de sa qualité, de sa conformité et du respect des délais et du calendrier. Vous êtes l’interlocuteur privilégié des organismes sociaux (URSSAF, caisses de retraite, mutuelles/prévoyances, caisses d’expatriation) et vous collaborez avec la comptabilité pour les opérations de post-paie.
Vous êtes également responsable du déploiement de projets innovants en lien avec la paie et la gestion du personnel avec comme objectif de d’optimiser le processus de paie, d’éliminer les dysfonctionnements et de simplifier les flux de travail.
Vous êtes en charge du management de 2 gestionnaires de paie (animation d’équipe, pilotage du planning, développement des compétences, etc ). Vous assurez de bonnes relations avec l’éditeur ADP. Vous vous occupez du reporting RH en ce qui concerne la paie et l’administration du personnel (production de différentes analyses et indicateurs de performance, index égalité, etc).
**Exigences**:
Pour mener à bien vos mission et réussir dans ce poste, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 7 à 10 ans en paie dont 3 à 4 ans comme manager d'une petite équipe. Vous avez évolué dans des environnements similaires (cabinets de conseil, cabinets d'avocats, banques d'investissement, etc).
Vous connaissez le logiciel ADP Decidium et la maîtrise de WORKDAY est un vrai plus. Vous avez un excellent niveau sur EXCEL.
Votre niveau d'anglais est au moins courant.
**Avantages**:
Le salaire affiché est sur 12 mois, il faut rajouter un bonus pouvant représenter 10 à 20% de la rémunération et 4% à 5% d'intéressement. Il y a 13 jours de RTT (statut cadre) et 1 à 2 jours de télétravail après la période d'essai.
